Text 12 Aug. Description Im Flow Constellation

Building a new world is not so simple. Yet just at this time, many people work tirelessly to question the structures and patterns of this world and rebuild it step by step.

Whether there are ecovillages, Rainbows & Wilderness Camps, policy initiatives, dance festivals, or establishment of self-awareness with new alternative approaches to physical & emotional healing.
With attention and care, organic, sustainable and harmonious many people try to bring back the soul back into public life.
But all this is not always easy and in the flow. Often personal inner and outer conflicts steal energy from the collective and one stands in the way of itself.
The feeling of getting stuck or that it is not going on and that you can not find your place, is perceived as an individual, while it is usually a collective experience, because new ideas collide with old structures.

If we loose connection to our vision, confusion and a sense of being separated arises.
This weekend we want to become aware of our embeddedness in the larger systems (such as family, nature and society, places etc) again and work to reconnect with our visions.

In representative roles participants perceive the nature of humans, animals, plants, institutions, projects and buildings and much more. We will experience the interaction between different living things and the people and see what inhibits and promotes these relations.

The content of the day arises mainly from the personal issues of the participants.
The topics can be brought from the personal area, but also from the professional or social domain. Examples:

- A plant that belongs to me nearly dies, although I always treat it well, why? ”
- I stand before an important step in life, but do not know how to go

- An ecological / alternatives thrown out, where is the cause?
- Two parts in me arguing constantly, what’s behind it?
- I feel the pain of nature, how can I help her? ? Or myself ?

After we spotted our individual and collective issues on Friday we want to work with a lot of constellation work and mindfulness exercises of all kinds and shapes on Saturday and Sunday.
Additionally, there will also be an Open Space, resulting in the spontaneous things.
Whether this is a group improvisation on the Josefsplatz, Nepalese mantra chanting, a football match on the next meadow or other weird things that result from the energy of the group, does not matter.

All interested are welcome. Important is only the willingness to pay attention to what is in the Inner and Outer from moment to moment and shows a special concern when necessary.
